Missions

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiast co-worker to join our sales team and help us strengthen our leading position in digital payment solutions.

Based in Paris and / or working from home, you will report to our Sales Director. Your main missions will be to open new markets, win new customers and recruit new partners in your assigned area. To achieve your objectives, you will need to master commercial prospection techniques and tools and know how to build close relationships with customers (Banks, Processors, Fintechs, Wallet Service Providers, Merchants and PSPs) and with the payment ecosystem.

Travelling is part of the mission: we have customers and partners on all continents and prospects all over the world. Although the company does its best to minimise its carbon footprint, you will be ready and happy to travel some of your time.

In order to communicate with our clients and prospects, the use of digital means of communication and a fluency in English are essential. Speaking another language (German or Arabic) will be considered as a major advantage.

Profile & Skills

We value different profiles for this position

As you will be in charge of business development, 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in the payment ecosystem, is expected.

However, we also value consultant type profiles with a proven track record in payment projects, as a pre-sales engineer or project manager, customer-focused and aiming to succeed in a sales position.

You are preferably a graduate of a business or engineering school.

Main activities

Interested? Good! You will therefore have the following responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and follow up sales opportunities (long cycle).
  • Identify and cold call potential prospects and developg relationships.
  • Qualify the needs of prospects and sell solutions accordingly.
  • Organise meetings with prospects and give product demonstrations.
  • Follow up on inbound requests coming in via our website or any other channel.
  • Work closely with other teams to develop new opportunities.
  • Monitor your market, identify potential target customers, share feedback on the competition.
  • Participate in industry events
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with the rules and guidelines established by laws and regulations of the industry.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
