SANEF, a motorway operator company in France invested in a new method of toll. This company operates motorways in the North/ East of France and abroad as a result of concessions with around 1,900 km in operation for 270 million transactions.
A trial run is currently led by Sanef on the A14: Once registered for the service and after installing the Sanef NFC application on the Smartphone, the user is automatically recognized as a subscriber to the A14 by simply presenting the Smartphone to the terminal, the service is also guaranteed even though the mobile is switched off.
For this project, they used the badges management solution from Orange Business Services, solution for which dejamobile has developed the Android mobile application and the deployed application in the SIM. This solution enables remote management of the badges on an NFC smartphone ensuring the security through the SIM card; the android app also allows you to access real-time transaction information.
